Not a single house in the town of Lida, on the Russo-German front, is left intact, Swedish correspondents visiting the Eastern war front reported today to their newspapers. They added that Lida had a population of 25,000 including 10,000 Jews.

The Swedish newspapers carry reports from Germany disclosing that mass-executions of Jews are being carried out by the Nazi military authorities in Greece and Yugoslavia in connection with widespread anti-Nazi activities in the occupied Balkan countries.
