Bella Pewsner, Noted Zionist, Dies After Accident

Bella Pewaner, 63, prominent in the World Zionist movement as one of the active workers with the Jewish National Fund and the Hadassah, died at Bellevue Hospital in New York, where she had been confined after being struck by a truck two weeks ago. She will be buried at the New Montefiere Cemetery at Cedarhurst, L.I., tomorrow. Miss Pewaner, who at the time of her death was a member of the New Zionist Organization, came to the United States about a year ago.
