The Lilian Freiman Ward at the Canadian Military Hospital in Buckinghamshire, dedicated in honor of the late president of the Canadian Hadassah, was formally presented today in ceremonies attended by a group of WIZO representatives, including Mrs. Vera Weizmann, wife of Dr. Chaim Weizmann, Rebecca Sieff and others.
After being received by the Matron of the hospital and Commanding Officer Col. Mackenzie, the Zionist women inspected the ward which bears a tablet on which is inscribed: “Lilian Freiman Ward Dedicated by the Canadian Hadassah Federation and the Women’s International Zionist Organization.”
