In tribute to the memory of Herbert Malinson, one of the Southwest’s communal and philanthropic leaders, who died suddenly two weeks ago, the Dallas Jewish Federation for Social Service has voted to allot a fund of $35,000 to the United Jewish Appeal as a special memorial grant in his honor, in addition to the sum of $75,000 previously voted for 1941.
