The Nazi occupational authorities in France have returned from the Spanish frontier all the 130 Jews from Luxemburg who were not admitted into Spain where they were to receive their immigration visas to the United States from the American consulate, it was reported here today.
The group, which was held in trains in the French-Spanish frontier station, Hendaye, was transported by the occupational authorities to Biarritz, France. A representative of the American Joint Distribution Committee at the Spanish frontier station was assured by the German commander that the group will be delivered from Biarritz to the Spanish frontier as soon as the Spanish authorities are willing to admit them.
