An initial goal of $100,000 for the purchase and shipment to Palestine of ambulances, first aid stations, medical and surgical supplies and medicines to all sources, was announced today by the American Red Magen Dovid for Palestine, Inc., an American Corporation registered with the U.S. Department of State to solicit funds and supplies for the Red Nagen David in Palestine. The latter organization is equivalent to the Red Cross in America.

For twenty years, the Red Magen David has served Palestine as its emergency medical first aid organization. With the rest of the British Empire, Palestine is suffering from a shortage of all vital medical supplies. Through the Red Magen David, it appeals to America for those materials without which, it says, it cannot go on.
