Jews in Hungary will henceforth be unable to purchase butter, vegetable fat or any other fat products, it was announced today by the German wireless.

The authorities have cancelled the so-called “fat ration cards” of Jews in Budapest, the broadcast announced. Similar curtailment of fats and other foods will soon be put into effect also in other Hungarian cities, the Nazi radio stated.
