Warmest greetings to its sons standing shoulder to shoulder with the British forces in Libya were sent today by the Yishub to Palestine Jewish soldiers who are now with the British forces at the gates of Tobruk.

The Yishub message expressed full confidence in the successful outcome of the Libyan offensive. Thousands of Jewish families throughout Palestine have sons, brothers and fathers with the desert forces and they are following the progress of the campaign with keenest interest.

It was announced today that the Polish Premier, Gen. Sikorski, has appointed Rabbi Isaac Bromberg as chaplain of the Polish forces in the Middle East.
