19 Jews Lacking Identification Cards Fined in France

Nineteen Jews in Bergerac, province of Dordogne in Southwestern France, were forced to pay fines ranging from two to three thousand francs because they lacked the prescribed identification cards and safe conduct papers, it was reported here today.
