New anti-Jewish measures were decreed today by the Nazi-dominated Paris municipal government, according to information reaching here. They apply to Jews in the city itself and in the surrounding Seine district.

Jews are now required to report any change in address within twenty-four hours, and those entering the city are also required to report immediately. The order forbids Jews from sending any of their assets outside the Seine department.
