The annual Bialik prizes awarded by the Tel Aviv municipality for the best literary contributions during the year were presented here today at festive ceremonies. The awards went to Prof. Joseph Klausner of the Hebrew University for his History of Modern Hebrew Literature and to S. Shalom, a writer of this city.
