A resolution expressing greeting to the Jews of the United State and Soviet Russia "who together with the Jews of the British Empire, Palestine and the Allied countries are determined to carry on the struggle against Nazi and Fascist tyranny and to fight for freedom and justice which would guarantee equality for Jews the world over and a national status for Jews in Palestine" was adopted here today at the forty-first annual conference of the British Zionist Federation of Great Britain.

Other resolutions adopted by the 300 delegates participating in the conference demand that: 1. The aim of the Balfour Declaration be included as a part of the post-war program of the United Nations: 2. The executive of the Jewish Agency should continue its efforts to secure the recognition of the Jewish people as an ally of the United Nations in the present war: 3. The British Government should organize the Jewish volunteers in Palestine into Jewish units under the Jewish national emblem.

Another resolution expresses "the deep conviction in the victory of the United Nations over the dark forces of tyranny end violence." It emphasizes the hope that the forth-coming peace will solve the Jewish problem "by providing a new home for a large number of Jews." Sympathy for the Jews in the Nazi-occupied countries and the belief in their speedy liberation was voiced in still another resolution.

Dr. Chain Weizmann, who is leaving shortly for the United States, was re-elected President of the Federation. In a message sent to the Conference he stated that the whole future of the Jewish people depends on their ability to maintain unity. The Conference was addressed by Prof. Seling Brodetsky, Barnett Jenner, Paul Goodman.
