The employment of refugees from Germany and Axis occupied countries has been banned by the Egyptian military authorities, it was announced here today.
Refugees are now forbidden to engage in any financial, commercial, industrial or agricultural activities and employers of such refugees must dismiss them within forty-eight hours.
Unless their parents or friends are able to support them, they will be placed in internment camps. The order also provides that if the circumstances leading to their admission into Egypt have ceased after the war they must leave the country.
