A change in the policy with respect to the eligibility of non-refugees for admission to the Training Farm for Refugees maintained by the Jewish Agricultural Society was announced today.

For a time no destination will be made between refugees and non-refugees. As long as immigration to the United States continued, the Society felt that the facilities of the Training Farm ought to be reserved for refugees exclusively. Now that immigration has been greatly reduced, the Society no longer considers it necessary to pursue that course, the announcement said.
