Chief Rabbi Joseph H. Hertz has composed a special Tisha B’ab prayer for the victims of Nazi atrocities throughout occupied Europe, it was announced today. The prayer will be read in all synagogues in Great Britain on Tisha B’ab, which will be observed this coming Thursday, July 23.
