News of the death on May 9 of Dr. Geza Ribary, head of the Budapest Jewish Relief Committee, has just been received by the Joint Distribution Committee. Dr. Ribary was 57 years old and apparently died of natural causes. His funeral was attended by more than 6,000 people. A distinguished attorney, Dr. Ribary was also an able pianist who was prominent in Hungarian artistic life.
