A resolution condemning the Nazi atrocities on the civilian population in occupied countries was delivered here today by the national executive of the Labor Party to Anthony Eden, British Foreign Minister.

The governments of the United Nations are called upon in this resolution to “bring for stern justice at the close of the war all those who have taken part in the organisation and perpetration of the outrages, from the highest to the lowest.” In accepting the resolution, Eden assured the delegation of the Labor Party that the British Government fully sympathized with its purposes. A copy of the resolution was also delivered to the American Ambassador, Winant.

The British Labor Party is arranging to hold an international protest meeting against the Nazi atrocities on September 2. The speakers at this meeting will include members of the Polish, Czechoslovakian and other governments-in-exile, as well as Samuel Zygelbaum, Jewish member in the Polish National Council.
