Commodities produced by Jewish firms in Bulgaria will have to carry a yellow label stating “This is a Jewish Product”, according to an order issued by Dr. Alexander Beleff, Bulgarian commissioner for Jewish Affairs, a Berlin broadcast reported today.
The Berlin radio also announced that Dr. Beleff has ordered all Jewish enterprises in Bulgaria which are still permitted to operate, that beginning with September 15 they are to display a sign reading “This is a Jewish Enterprise”. The Nazi broadcaster added that Beleff has been given “absolute powers to effect a final solution of the Jewish problem.”
