Orthodox Jewry will not, under any circumstances, agree to having control of Jewish immigration into Palestine vested in the Jewish Agency for Palestine after the war, it was stated today by G. Halpern, an Agudas Israel leader, addressing a regional conference of the organization in Manchester. The meeting went on record supporting Mr. Halpern’s stand.
