A reproduction of Gilbert Stuart’s “Athenaeum” portrait of George Washington, together with a collection of historical material dealing with the first President’s life and achievements, were presented yesterday by Alexander Brin, noted Jewish newspaper publisher and author, at the luncheon of the Advertising Club of Boston at the Hotel Statler, attended by more than 500. Rabbi Abba Hillel Silver was the guest speaker.
