The Hebrew University’s celebration of the tercentenary of the birth of Sir Isaac Newton, the father of modern physics, was opened here today with an address by Dr. Judah L. Magnes, president of the University. Profs. Farenkel and Gracah read papers on Newton’s influence on modern science
