The Hadassah today cabled $100,000 to Palestine to help continue a program of education and maintenance for more than 1,000 Polish and Hungarian Jewish refugee children who entered the country within the last month.
A total of $200,000 has been sent by Hadassah since January 12 to Miss Henrietta Szold, who heads the Youth Aliyah movement in Jerusalem under whose auspices the children were brought to Palestine, it was announced.
