The managers of the Royal Danish Opera House in Copenhagen are sharply criticized in the pro-Nazi Danish newspaper “Fadrelandet” for giving a performance of “Porgy and Bess” by “the Russian-American Jew, George Gershwin.”

The paper, which is the organ of Fritz Clausen, Danish Quisling, charges that by presenting the operetta, the opera company has “honored” the United States.
