Assurances that Jews will have equal rights in a liberated Czechoslovakia were given by President Eduard Benes to a delegation representing the Czechoslovak Jewish Representative Committee of the World Jewish Congress it was announced here today.
The delegation which was received by Dr. Benes prior to his departure from New York, included Dr. Frederick Fried, acting chairman of the Committee, Professor Siegward Herman, Mr. Michael Munk, Professor Hugo Perutz, Mr. Joseph Pick, Dr. Felix Rezek and Dr. Armin Weiner.
