Vincent de Moro-Giafferi, renowned French lawyer who was one of the defenders of Herschel Grynszpan, the Polish-Jewish youth whose slaying of a German embassy official in Paris loosed the pogroms of November, 1938, has been shot by the German occupation authorities in France as a hostage, the newspaper “France” reported here today. He was 65 years old.
