Prayers were offered in all synagogues throughout Switzerland this past Sunday. Swiss Jews fasted and prayed for their co-religionists who have been starved and massacred in Nazi-held Europe. The call for the fasting and prayers was issued by the Union of Swiss Jewish Communities.
