Seven Jewish candidates running for Parliament on the United Party ticket of Prime Minister Jan Christian Smuts have been elected in the landslide that snowed under the pro-nationalist anti-Semitic groups, it was announced here today.

Three Jews were elected in Johannesburg, two in Capetown and one in Durban, Six of the victorious candidates are incumbents.
