Frank L. Weil, president of the Jewish Welfare Board, announced today the conclusion of an agreement with Jewish War Veterans of the United States in connection with the expansion of the JWB program of service to disabled veterans.

The efforts of both organizations will be devoted to rendering the maximum benefit to the men and women who have become ill or have been disabled in the service of their country and require aid in reestablishing themselves. The plan provides for the appointment by the Jewish Welfare Board of a Veterans Service Committee on which both organizations will be represented, and which will supervise the expanded program. The staff will be enlarged as needed and additional regional offices established, to augment the present personnel of five full time and seventy-five part time workers attached to this branch of the work of the Jewish Welfare Board.
