Slovakian newspapers reaching here today carry the text of a decree issued by the Slovakian government ordering the registration with the Statistical Board in Bratislava of all debts owed by Jews deported from Slovakia, or absent from the country.

The Nazi newspaper Grenzbote carries an official Slovakian announcement stating that “most drastic measures” will be taken against Jews in Bratislava in view of the fact that some of them still dare to frequent moving picture houses and to use dining cars on trains.
