Louis Lipsky and Emanuel Neumann, American Zionist leaders, arrived here today to conduct this year’s Keren Hayesod Campaign in Mexico. The Ministry of Education has permitted the use of The Palace of Fine Arts for a reception which the Zionists in Mexico City are arranging for the two American guests at which several thousand Jews are expected.
