A resolution declaring that “the B’nai B’rith shall continue its full participation in the American Jewish Conference and its Interim Committee,” was adopted here today at the annual meeting of the B’nai B’rith executive committee. The resolution expressed the hope that “through the instrumentality of the American Jewish Conference complete unity of action may be attained.”

The executive committee commended Henry Monsky, B’nai B’rith president, “for his vision and statesmanship in initiating the call for the Pittsburgh Conference, leading to the historic meeting of the American Jewish Conference which was called to serve our people and to formulate a common program of action in this critical period.” This was the first meeting of the B’nai B’rith executive committee since the meeting of the American Jewish Conference.
