The Bnei Hayishub Organization (Sons of the Old Settlers) today cabled Colonial Minister Col. Oliver Stanley protesting anti-Zionist statements made by Freya Stark, British Ministry of Information representative during a press conference in Canada.

Miss Stark had said that the Jews whose families have been living in Palestine since before World War I resented the activities of the Zionists and oppose unlimited Jewish immigration. In its reply, the Bnei Hayishuv said that it wholeheartedly supports Jewish immigration as the best means for the normal development of the entire Palestine Jewish community and of achieving its national aims.
