The first session of the newly elected Assefath Hanivcharim, the Jewish National Assembly, will open here next Tuesday but will not discuss any political problems, it was announced here today. All political issues will be discussed at the second session which will take place after the High Holidays, the announcement said.

The Palestine press reports today that a stormy meeting of the central committee of the Zionist Revisionist Party called for the purpose of discussing the question of whether the party should participate in the Jewish National Assembly ended in a first fight. One faction headed by Dr. Wolfgang von Weisl advocated participation. Another group headed by Dr. A. Altman bitterly opposed it. The majority sided with Dr. Altman.
