The United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration, whose council is now in session here, may assume some responsibility for the care and repatriation of Jewish refugees, it was indicated yesterday when the council voted to place on its agenda a discussion of the problem of displaced persons in unoccupied and formerly occupied territory.
