The student’s Society of McGill University has adopted a resolution deploring race discrimination, and setting up a “vigilantes committee”to watch and report on all discriminatory acts.

The motion on racial discrimination reads: “We, the students of McGill University, are opposed to all forms of racial discrimination; and whereas racial discrimination has been used in the past; that a committee be set up watch and study such possible discrimination; and that if such discrimination is found it shall be brought to the attention of the Students’ Executive Council, who shall call a meeting to attempt to rectify such discrimination.”
