State or municipally-owned business premises from which Jewish occupants were ousted during the reign of the pro-German government will not be returned to Jews, the Sofia radio announced today.
Explaining the provision of a new decree dealing with the question of housing, the broadcast said that regulations entitling Jews to reclaim apartments from which they were ousted under the racial laws does not apply to business premises. Tenants of state or municipally-owned promises are assured that they will not be ousted in favor of the former Jewish lease-holders.
