The government and Jews of the Soviet Union were urged to support Jewish aspirations for the creation of a Jewish state in Palestine at a rally here marking the fourth anniversary of the German invasion of Russia. Representatives of the countries liberated by the Red Army attended the meeting.

At a conference today of the German-Jewish Settlers Association, speakers deplored what they charged was a tendency to repatriate to Germany German Jews found in Nazi concentration camps and in liberated areas. They asked that all European Jews be allowed to come to Palestine if they so desire.
