Rabbi Irving Miller, chairman of the executive committee of the American Jewish Congress, is en route to Mexico to participate in the Jewish National Fund campaign there, it was announced today by local JNF headquarters. From Mexico, Rabbi Miller intends to proceed to Argentina in behalf of the World Jewish Congress.
