The Ministry of Justice today issued a decree ordering the return to Jews of land, houses, factories or shops taken from them since August, 1940 by former pro-German regimes.
The decree specified that sales to non-Jews which were made under duress and transfers of property made for the sole purpose of hiding Jewish ownership are also null and void.
