Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency, will appear before the International War Crimes Commission to testify on the atrocities against Jews committed by the Axis, it was learned here today.
It was at the initiative of Associate Justice Robert H. Jackson, who represents the U.S.A. Government at the commission, that Dr. Weizmann was asked to appear. Whether any other Jewish representatives will be asked to testify is not known as yet. Dr. Weizmann had lunch today with Justice Jackson, and it is understood that material is now being prepared for Dr. Weizmann’s presentation.
