American military authorities today authorized the JDC to resume handling mail with foreign destinations emanating from the Berlin Jewish community, after having ordered this mail service suspended for one month.

Under the present procedure, mail from all German Jewish communities is sent to the Frankfurt JDC office, from where it is submitted for censorship. Once approved it is shipped to the JDC office in Paris where it is placed in the ordinary international channels.
