Dr. Benjamin Rinsky, secretary of the DAIA, central representative body of Argentine Jews, has been prevented by the Government censor from making a radio address attacking anti-Semitism. Although a number of prominent Catholic and Jewish leaders have broadcast on a DAIA-sponsored program since its inception on Feb. 18, no explanation was given for the ban on Dr. Rinsky.
