Jewish Agency Representative Arrives in Berlin to Help Jewish Community, Dp’s

Chaim Chanowitz, a representative of the Jewish agency, arrived here today to set up an office to work in conjunction with UNRRA and other relief organizations aiding displaced Jews and the local Jewish community. The chief function of the office will be the organization of educational progress for DP’s.
