Charles J. Rosenbloom of Pittsburgh, national chairmen of the United Palestine Appeal, sailed yesterday on the S.S. Vuloania to make an intensive study of the refugee settlement program in Palestine and of the progress that has been made there in the absorption of Jewish refugees with the funds provided by the U.P.A. Mr. Rosenbloom will spend several months in Palestine.
