Sir Oswald Mosley, leader of the outlawed British Union of Fascists, served notice today that he intended to revive his fascist movement.

Publicly announcing his future plans, Mosley told newspapermen: “My views have not been modified by my experience. On the contrary, they have been intensified. The whole world is crying out for a new civilization. I believe I can supply it when the right time comes.”

The “book club” movements which the Mosleyites have launched as a means of spreading their subversive doctrines is reported growing rapidly throughout the country. Mosley, who has already toured northern England addressing secret meetings, is now busy in London on a new book, “The Alternative,” which he said will outline the creed for his new civilization.
