British Govt. Must Devise New Approach if London Talks Are to Succeed; Times Warms

The British Government was warned today that if it has any hope of arriving at some solution of the Palestine problem at the London conference which resumes next month, it had better devise a “new approach.”

The warning was given by the diplomatic correspondent of the London Times, who stresses that the Cabinet has given no serious consideration to the fact that both Jews and Arabs have rejected the Morrison federalization plan.
