Revocation of the second class mailing privileges of all foreign-language newspapers and periodicals which do not carry English translations in parallel columns is recommended in the final report of the House Committee on Un-American Activities on its activities in 1946, issued today. It is one of several legislative proposals by the committee, many of which urge restriction of the rights and privileges of aliens.
