The Rome police today received an anonymous phone call threatening to blow up a building housing British and American military personal.

The structure was immediately evacuated and searched, but no explosives were found. Police here suspect that the caller was a member of the Irgun Zvai Leumi in Italy. A similar hoax was perpetrated on the police a few days ago when the Milan Hotel here was threatened.
