British Home Secretary Says Laws Barring Racial Propaganda Not Needed

Home Secretary James Chuter Ede, replying to a demand that legislation be promulgated forbidding anti-racial propaganda, said in Commons today that recent anti-Semitic activities in Britain, such as the attacks on several synagogues broke existing laws, and therefore the problem was not to create new laws, but to catch the offenders.
