A gift of 30,000,000 unite of penicillin by the Joint Distribution Committee to the Czechoslovak Government was revealed here today with the release of a letter by Health Minister Adolf Prochazka thanking the J.D.C. Commenting on the gift, the Prague daily Pravo Lidu said that this proves the J.D.C.’s understanding of the problems facing all Czechs, Jews and non-Jews alika.
